ABOUT CORY REID
Cory has diverse experience across Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Digital Operations/Transformation, Growth Strategy and Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) in various asset intensive industries including Construction, Mining & Metals, Utilities, Energy, and Transportation/Mobility. He is passionate about driving change and completing projects that leave a lasting impact on organizations. Currently, he leads the Procurement Systems and Process team that develops and sustains procurement technology including the Coupa Business Spend Management Platform. The team\'s goal is to optimize performance and increase procurement efficiency across Ledcor. Previously, Cory was part of the Business Improvement team at Ledcor. This in-house consulting team provides strategy, operations and technology consulting services, as well as project management across internal improvement projects at Ledcor. Prior to joining Ledcor, Cory was part of the Digital Operations team with PwC Canada that helped clients drive productivity improvements, modernize maintenance capabilities and implement enterprise-wide digital transformation programs. While abroad in Singapore, Cory spent 2 years with KPMG\'s Global Strategy Group, helping organizations throughout Southeast Asia with growth and market entry strategy in the transportation, mobility and logistics sectors. Prior to joining KPMG, he completed his MBA at Nanyang Business School, where he captained the team that finished 1st at the largest in-person MBA case competition in the world: The John Molson MBA International Case Competition in Montreal, Canada.
