I am hugely passionate and driven by the excitement of being part of transformative change. My colleagues describe me as a highly creative and innovative Project Manager, consistently relied upon to devise novel strategies and enthusiastic about forging connections with cutting-edge technologies in the property development market.Whilst I find fulfillment in every facet of my role, the stage of a project that I find most fulfilling is collaborating with clients or business unit leaders to grasp their business goals, project delivery process, and methodologies. This is the part of a collaborative journey where ideas begin to flow making this facet particularly enjoyable.As part of my role at Quintain, I have been involved in delivering various aspects of their flagship development at Wembley Park, whilst also leading a range of mixed-use capital investment projects such as hotels, residential buildings, and commercial developments. Before my tenure with Quintain, I managed mixed-use projects for a prominent blue-chip retail company overseeing projects across the Midlands and the South East. These projects involved significant challenges including major remediation of contaminated land, intricate construction of residential buildings atop supermarkets, and highway projects aimed at enhancing connectivity to the surrounding areas. My diverse experiences have given me a deep understanding of customer and colleague needs, emphasising services, build-to-rent development, and major retail development, whilst having a clear understanding of process management, financial balancing, and program development.I have my professional qualification in APM & and a Post Graduate Degree in Retail Management, as well as being Site Manager Safety Trained (SMSTS).I’m always interested in hearing from former colleagues, or just interesting creative folk, so feel free to contact me if you’d like to connect.
