I’m the Co-Founder and Chief Client Officer of SharePro Health. I’ve spent more than two decades building, scaling, and leading healthcare service businesses, and most of my career has centered around helping providers solve operational problems that quietly slow them down. Before SharePro, I held executive leadership roles across national staffing firms including AMN Healthcare, Supplemental Health Care, Roth Staffing, and Martin Fletcher. I led business units generating $30M+ in annual revenue, built large multi-state teams, launched new service lines, and helped scale Martin Fletcher from early growth through its eventual acquisition by HealthTrust, an HCA company.That experience gave me a front-row view into how healthcare organizations actually function. I saw how operational friction spreads across staff, how temporary workarounds become permanent processes, and how many administrative responsibilities get accepted as “just part of healthcare.”Medical record requests were one of those responsibilities.SharePro was built to remove that burden.Today, I work directly with healthcare leaders to move record requests, imaging fulfillment, and form processing out of daily staff workflows and into structured infrastructure that runs consistently in the background.
