I am the Director of Professional Scouting for the Arizona Diamondbacks, with full responsibility for the organization’s domestic and international professional scouting operations. I lead and hold accountable a global scouting group, setting evaluation standards and ensuring decision-ready information reaches the highest levels of the baseball operations department.I play a central role in major league roster construction and player acquisition, directly influencing trade strategy, free agent signings, and talent allocation decisions. My work focuses on identifying talent, competitive advantages, and translating complex player data and live evaluation into decisive, high-impact outcomes.I operate with a strong focus toward clarity, accountability, and execution, and I am committed to building scalable systems and elite teams that consistently drive winning at the major league level.Additionally - separate from my role with the Diamondbacks - I am a Motivational Speaker who shares my personal journey of resilience and reinvention after a life-altering spinal cord injury cut short my promising baseball career, using my experience to inspire audiences to overcome adversity, lead with purpose, and turn setbacks into meaningful impact in their teams and communities.
