Develop and maintain relationships with all carriers providing service to Benecon programs. Educate producers on plan options, enrollment and underwriting guidelines, claims and billing issues. Visit existing producer partners to maintain client relationships as well as address issues and ascertain ways to improve products and services. Create and implement a strategy for recruiting new producer partners including prospecting calls, referrals and multimedia marketing materials. Attend carrier events and maintain relationships with carrier representatives for the purpose of easing the enrollment, renewal, and claims process for the company’s producers. Train new producers on procedures and processes related to company and the carriers. Serve as reporting member of Producers’ Advisory Council meetings. Perform scheduling and coordination of meetings, draft and distribute all communications such as agendas, meeting materials and minutes. Manage ongoing maintenance and utilization of electronic databases and web-based portals.
