Chief of Police dedicated to building high-trust, high-performance organizations that serve with professionalism, accountability, and integrity. I lead the Georgetown, Texas Police Department, an accredited agency committed to innovation, transparency, and community partnership.My focus is developing people, strengthening culture, and using emerging technologies, AI, and data-driven strategies to improve public safety in an era of limited staffing. I believe the future of policing requires both innovation and humanity — protecting the community while earning its confidence every day.Current priorities include advancing a 3-year strategic plan, improving recruiting and retention, enhancing leadership development at every rank, and modernizing systems to improve effectiveness.I serve on the Texas Police Chiefs legislative committee and the recruiting and retention committee, and I stay active in the International Association of Chiefs of Police. Ongoing professional goals include completing the Certified Public Manager program and becoming a John Maxwell leadership coach.Policing is a calling — one that demands courage, humility, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
