With over a decade of professional experience, I currently serve as the Vice President of Commissioning at Motz Engineering, where I lead our commissioning practice to ensure optimal building performance across all projects. At Motz Engineering, I oversee complex MEP systems, providing technical direction and mentoring our commissioning engineers.    I lead Motz Engineering’s commissioning practice, setting the technical direction, standards, and culture for how we deliver building performance across every project. I’m responsible for guiding our team through the full commissioning lifecycle, from early design reviews and system integration planning to functional testing, issue resolution, and owner turnover. I stay closely involved in complex MEP systems, ensuring our work is rigorous, consistent, and aligned with Motz’s broader engineering vision.My role blends executive leadership with hands‑on technical oversight. I mentor our commissioning engineers, strengthen our processes and documentation, and drive continuous improvement across the group. I also serve as a primary partner to owners, architects, contractors, and specialty firms, positioning Motz as a trusted advisor who protects performance, reduces risk, and ensures systems operate as intended.At its core, my job is to champion the Motz Cx Team, making sure every facility we touch delivers reliability, efficiency, and long‑term value for the people who depend on it.
