As Master Scheduler I am responsible for managing the scheduling process for three regional factories manufacturing hardware, implantable and consumable medical devices, such as Medfusion, CADD, BCI, SurgiVet, Level 1 and Portex. The position deals primarily with the master schedule and closely monitor the ERP system requirements to assure alignment between the systemrequirements and the factory plans. The master scheduler will also work closely with the assigned factories to create and manage a capacity plan for finished goods and any other limiting processes. This position closely monitors back log and back order and reports on both as required. This position is a key contributor to the monthly IBP process. The master scheduler is also the primary point of contact for the distribution planning team and others outside of operations for schedule and inventory questions.
