Operations and engineering manager with extensive experience in Industry 4.0 and TPS/Lean Manufacturing including lean equipment and line development development, product design for manufacturing, collaborative robotics, data analytics and machine learning, operations management, and project management.I am originally from San Antonio, Texas, where I started my career in the automotive industry with Continental Automotive (later spun off in to Vitesco Technologies) focused on lean designs and industrial engineering. I lived for several years in the Czech Republic and Germany working in roles such as new product launch management for high pressure engine and brake sensors and Industry 4.0 engineering management before returning to the US at the start of COVID to take on a role in operations management as a value stream production manager for GM engine controllers. After 9 years in the automotive industry, I moved to a non-automotive industry to become an operations engineering manager with Greene Tweed located at their headquarters site in Philadelphia, PA producing a variety of components in the semiconductor, aerospace, and oil & gas supply chain. for 4 years I lead a team of engineers responsible for the global industrial controls, SCADA, and MES integrations rapidly modernizing the production processes. I recently decided to take on a new challenge leading a team designing and testing Greene Tweed\'s products to validate lifetime performance in customer applications using real world and digital twin testing.
