I am the Principal and Outpatient Development Architect for Kada Health, a consultative healthcare operations company that helps health systems, hospitals, physicians, and outpatient facilities achieve best-in-class performance and growth through new outpatient facility planning and development, consulting, turnaround and interim leadership, and management services.I’m passionate about helping healthcare providers improve patient outcomes, lower costs, grow revenues, and develop customer-focused, innovative award-winning teams. I have served in a variety of senior director, chief executive, and regional Vice President of Operations roles. Recently, I was responsible for overseeing the development and management of multi-site ambulatory surgery centers, office-based laboratories, and surgical hospitals, working closely with physicians and large health systems. I have a strong background in healthcare operations, development of prosperous multi-site portfolios, creating joint-venture alignment, and operating high-performing outpatient facilities.I hold Associate and Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Care degrees from Nebraska Methodist College of Nursing and Allied Health, and a Master of Healthcare Administration from Bellevue University. I began my career as a Respiratory Therapist at the patient bedside, and I understand the critical importance of delivering high-quality patient care, particularly as so much of that care shifts to the outpatient setting.
