I\'m a high-achieving strategic leader transforming the view of organizational and operational effectiveness through building relationships and strategic partnerships. With more than ten years of proven, results-driven experience developing and managing complex teams and outcomes, I bring a competitive perspective while always meeting the administrative and regulatory compliance needs of an organization. I have designed and implemented processes and procedures to aid in the efficiency, effectiveness, and uniformity across multiple multi-functional organizations. Well-versed in multitasking and managing competing priorities, I\'ve had the opportunity to lead teams of individuals from 10 to 100 and have been consistently praised for my ability to motivate and get results. I\'ve been fortunate enough to interact with and help advise/develop individuals across a broad range of backgrounds and levels of responsibilities. My ability to tailor the message to the current audience, building trust and relationships, was not lost on my leaders and lead to my selection for competitive opportunities.
