I am a Managing Director at CFGI with 14 years of experience providing accounting advisory services primarily to publicly traded and private-equity backed companies in a variety of industries, including software and technology, real estate / REITs, investment management, and medical device manufacturers and distributors, among others.I have significant experience and specialization in leading clients through complex transactions, including multiple IPOs, carve-outs, and mergers and acquisitions, as well as managing multi-national projects, functioning as the primary liaison between our project teams and senior management. I am a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelors and Masters (BS/MAcc) degree in Accounting and am also an actively licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Georgia. In addition, I serve as a “Big Brother” in Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta and am on the Board of Directors of Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) Digital Health.
