About Cory Delger
I am someone that gravitated naturally to public service and have had the privilege of leading outstanding teams in both the military and private sectors, constantly seeking opportunities to change organizations and make them better. At Brown Printing Company I enjoyed analyzing the complexities and challenges of a large-scale manufacturing environment and finding opportunities for improvement. I found new and better ways to streamline product flow and increase production, while engaging with stakeholders in implementing new business processes. While working with diverse teams to develop collaborative solutions, I realized the power of questioning the status quo, asking “why”, and communicating the need for change. When I had the opportunity to return to the public sector as an active-duty US Army officer, I strove to leverage change management principles to transform the organizations I led. My success hinged on my ability to assess culture and effectiveness to develop training strategies and implement new operating models.I am lucky to continue my public service and work the second half of my career in the consulting space helping public sector financial service and non-profit clients tackle complex problems. Additionally, I am passionate about developing future leaders who will continue to improve the organization, and I volunteer much of my time supporting veterans and conservation programs.
