About Cory Dejong
I have worked at Micron an/or IM Flash Technologies for 18 yrs. I have been a Technician and an Engineer for various TEL tracks, ASML scanners, Cymer lasers. I repair, modify, and upgrade these tools. I use design of experiments, SPC, JMP, to evaluate these changes. I use all hand tools and meters (multi meter, light, air flow, temp/humidity, tension) needed to complete these changes. I current am a tool owner for the Tokyo Electron Lithius and ProV tracks, that supply the ASML 248nm scanners. I also lead the robot wafer handling team. I work with other vendors and sites to share knowledge and implement improvements they have identified.
