   Territorial-Landworks, Inc (TLI) is a full service Civil Engineering, Surveying, Construction Management and Land Use Planning firm with locations in Missoula, Billings, and Sidney Montana. We service all of Montana, Eastern Washington, and Western North Dakota. Cory started at TLI in 2009 with a background in construction engineering as he had previously worked for a General Contractor. Cory has utilized that background by being an inspector on various projects including shared use asphalt paths, curb and sidewalk construction, and water main construction. Cory has used his inspection history to now transition into the project design role for these types of projects. Over the past years, Cory has developed an extensive history in the design of shared paths, curb and sidewalk projects, and water main replacements/extensions. Cory also has quality experience in contract administration as he has put together the majority of contract documents for the projects he has designed and also preforms the administration on them. Finally, Cory has also been heavily involved in the DEQ application process concerning on-site sewer systems.
