I work with property insurance carriers and inspection companies who want a better way to capture property data and manage claims.At Hover, I partner with enterprise carriers and inspection companies to turn simple smartphone photos into accurate 3D property data and digital models of a home used across claims and underwriting workflows. I also work closely with customers to design and implement modern inspection workflows that make it easier to capture reliable property data at scale.A big part of my role is working with customers to understand operational challenges, align solutions with business outcomes, and help teams successfully adopt new technology.Based in Northeast Ohio, I spend most of my time working with insurance leaders across the country who are looking for practical ways to modernize property workflows and improve how property data is collected and used.I bring more than 15 years of experience across account management, customer experience, and project management, with much of that time spent working alongside insurance carriers and claims organizations.Before joining Hover, I held several roles at Enservio, where I worked closely with claims teams and carriers to improve claims operations and the policyholder experience.If you work in property insurance or inspection services and would like to connect or exchange ideas, feel free to send me a message.
