I am currently a customer service and sales professional. My goal is to provide the best of everything to all my current and potential clients. I want to make things easier and help everyone I can. I truly believe I the products and services we provide and that we can help everyone through the painful/difficult situation they are in. Helping people is something what really drives me to do more and be better. I have experience in many areas and feel all the positions I have worked in allow me to bring more to the table then expected. Working as a Retail Marketing Rep, where I set up and structured training events for customers and sales associates to learn about the products along with how to market and sell them. As well as store calls and helping with and customer service needs they had (answering questions about products, sending out parts and accessories as needed). I have also done work as an Event Supervisor, leading, motivating and mentoring a sales team for these events. Right now Working in the Oilfield as an operator, having to deal with quick and critical thinking on the spot and many different situations. With all my positions I have done data entry, working with most Microsoft systems ( word, excel, 365). On top of all my work experience I am always still trying to learn more and grow myself. Over the past couple years I have obtained my ISSA Personal Training and Nutrition coaching Certifications at the same time, part time through the University of Calgary working toward my Occupational Health and safety, receiving my first certificate from there at this moment. I have also taken and completed a Social Media Marketing Specialization Professional Certificate through Coursera and Northwestern University.
