I am a Surface Land and Right-of-Way professional with over 15 years of experience supporting both upstream and midstream oil and gas operations. Throughout my career, I have balanced leadership responsibilities with hands-on project execution - negotiating complex agreements, managing surface operations, and resolving disputes to keep projects moving forward. I’ve had the privilege of working across the Permian Basin (Midland, Glasscock, Reagan, Howard, Borden, Upton, Crane, Ward, Reeves, Pecos & Winkler Counties) and the Barnett Shale (Tarrant, Johnson, Parker, Denton, Wise, Palo Pinto, Hood, Cooke & Montague Counties), collaborating daily with drilling, completions, facilities, midstream, production, geology, engineering, GIS, and legal teams. This cross-functional approach has helped me adapt to shifting priorities in fast-paced environments while ensuring alignment with company goals. I’m known for building strong landowner and stakeholder relationships, mentoring and developing Surface Landmen, and delivering measurable cost savings through negotiation and process improvements.
