Our Household Endowment Model is designed to replicate the Yale Endowment Model. We provide accredited investors with access to our investment model, which aims to outperform public market portfolios with one-third of the risk, while offsetting income and reducing taxes simultaneously. Tax strategy is at the heart of our work. The alternative investments we offer to achieve this include private equity, real estate, private credit, wildlife conservation, and oil and gas. Offsetting active and passive income, reducing taxes, and delivering high non-market correlated returns.
