   Responsible for directing strategy and reengineering activities, global project management, expense management related to a $90 million annual budget, communications, and leading annual goal and target setting, scorecard and metrics monitoring/reporting, and strategic planning. • Led the relationship building, consensus building, and business case development to secure approval for implementation of Citi’s High School Recruitment Junior Business Analyst Program in Tampa. Established a new diverse talent sourcing channel and hired 5 high schoolers now part of the HRSS organization.• Serve concurrently as the North America Region Head and guide business simplification initiatives, employee training and development strategies, and leadership of employee engagement and workplace culture programs. • Led the creation of the HR Skills Framework Crosswalk to Associated Training Courses Per Skill document. The 21 foundational/transferrable skills promoted by the HR organization as “skills of the future” were tied to actual training courses to give HRSS employees a value-added reference.• Convened a task force and led the global effort to address the HRSS trend of late completion of mandatory training. Resulted in a reversal of the average of 50 employees reported as non-compliant to 0 as of June 2023.• Served as senior sponsor for the reboot of the 2023 reboot of the HRSS Bright Ideas Program. Led to the submission of 49 ideas across all regions, and the implementation of 11 ideas.
