   In this position, I serve as an internal consultant for talent acquisition processes for customers, primarily in the United States. As an Advisor, I provide functional expertise and support for recruiting practices. I provide expertise and continuous improvement for recruiting policies, processes and deliver ongoing enhancements to the recruiting function. I perform market research and analysis to understand and make recommendations on hiring / sourcing strategies- Providing advisory services to customers for Talent Acquisition processes- Maintaining and providing strategic direction for technology usage, such as SuccessFactors, HiredScore, HireVue, Paradox, and others- Understanding regulation compliance activities to ensure recruiting practicesare within compliance- Identifying opportunities and process gaps to enhance existing Talent Acquisition programs and recommend solutions; partner with stakeholders to implement enhancements- Designing, developing, and delivering training materials related to systems and recruiting processes- Continually monitoring Employer Brand to ensure accurate messaging that will attract and retain individuals who will help build and support a high-performing organization- Monitoring our Employer Value Proposition to ensure it is a true reflection of Phillips 66; partner with HR Leadership- Meet with HRBP and Business Leaders to best understand headcount forecasting and discuss sourcing strategies- Maintaining and optimizing Interview Experience Guideline process and training- Conducting ongoing evaluation and consultation in partnership with other Advisors and partners (both internal and external) to ensure a best-in-class candidate experience- Partnering closely with the recruiting teams to ensure business needs are met, developing relationships that allow for influence and partnership.
