I drive strategic Total Rewards initiatives that balance employee well-being with sustainable business outcomes. My work centers on advancing benefits programs, strengthening retirement and health plan governance, and aligning rewards offerings with evolving organizational priorities.My background spans corporate, acquisition-driven, and high-growth environments, where I have led benefits administration, wellness initiatives, leave management, compliance oversight, and multi-state payroll operations. From managing benefits programs serving employees at a national telecommunications organization to supporting post-acquisition HR integration and building benefits infrastructure in emerging companies, I bring both operational depth and strategic perspective to the Total Rewards function.Earlier in my career, I built a strong foundation in insurance, healthcare, and payroll operations. That experience continues to shape my analytical approach to plan design, compliance, vendor partnerships, and employee communication. I have worked across self-funded, level-funded, and fully insured health plans, partnered closely with brokers and finance leaders, and led open enrollment planning and execution across complex environments.As Volunteer Director on the Raleigh Metro SHRM board, I remain actively engaged in the HR community, fostering professional development and staying connected to the evolving conversations shaping the future of Total Rewards.
