Most companies are well past the point of wondering whether agentic AI is real. They\'re stuck on the harder question: why isn\'t it working for them yet? I\'ve spent the last several years building out agentic software design and development practices inside my own firm, integrating Claude Code workflows, Linear MCP pipelines, Playwright-based test automation, and multi-agent execution patterns into real client delivery. The result is a team that ships faster with fewer people, and a playbook I know how to install elsewhere. My background spans 20+ years of software product design and development, with deep roots in engineering leadership, technical team building, and client-facing delivery.
