Corrin Silver is a strategic executive and proven operator of high growth businesses. She is a Managing Director at the Consello Group, a CEO advisory platform and private equity firm.Corrin’s expertise include scaling consumer and tech businesses, building and developing exceptional teams, leading organizations and teams through change, and executing turnarounds and transformations.Previously, Corrin served as Head of International Expansion and Operations at DoorDash, where she expanded the delivery marketplace’s footprint from 3 countries to 25 countries over an 18 month period. In this role, she developed DoorDash’s global expansion roadmap, created the expansion “playbook,” executed new country launches, and owned the P&L. She also led integration of DoorDash’s $8B acquisition of Wolt, a European based food delivery platform and marketplace.While at DoorDash, Corrin also served as General Manager of the international Advertising and Promotions business line where she brought a self-serve advertising product to market and exceeded annual financial goals (180% revenue to plan).Prior to joining DoorDash, Corrin helped scale operations at WeWork and established the global Strategy and Operations function. In this role, she incubated and launched new products and services, including an asset-light offering and consulting services. She later led the transformation and turnaround effort to lay the foundation for a successful future IPO. Before moving to operations roles, Corrin spent 8 years at Bain & Company, being promoted to Associate Partner in the Private Equity and Consumer Practices. During her tenure, she was based in London, Madrid, Switzerland and New York.Corrin earned a Bachelor of Science degree magna cum laude in economics from Boston College and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she majored in operations and information management. Corrin is also a proud mom of three awesome kids.
