I joined Cinch as a full stack engineer during their startup phase and before they launched their platform, helping to bring the product to market. Involved in all aspects of software delivery, from planning & building to shipping and supporting it within a Tribe/Squad dynamic. I\'ve been involved in several autonomous Squads from Finance & Payments to Partner integrations and take on the role of Incident Manager out of hours to ensure that issues are dealt with if & when they inevitably crop up.
