I’ve managed the closure and integration of over 50 acquisitions, for small businesses to national corporations, coast to coast. A key member of Corporate Development Teams, I contribute to the M&A process from L.OI. stage through to onboarding and complete integration. As a people leader, I ensure my team is clear on their individual and collective role, expectations and contribution to organizational goals. I\'m a culture and team champion.
