Assist the Director of HR with projects and employee relations issues as needed.· Responsible for full cycle Benefits Administration, including enrollment, education, qualifying events, communications, and working with carriers on escalated issues. · Administer the termination of all benefits upon employee separation, including COBRA administration, conversion and continuation information, and off boarding.· Responsible for managing all Employee Leaves such as: FMLA, Maternity & Parental leaves, and Short Term Disability and ensuring proper documentation and compliance with policies.· Assist the Director in the onboarding process for New Hire Employees, ensuring a smooth transition.· Participate in multiple annual compensation surveys, and evaluate salary ranges on an annual basis.· Provide guidance and advice to Managers as needed regarding employee relations issues.· Manage our ATS system and job boards, pre-screen candidates, and work with the Hiring Managers throughout the hiring process. · Ensure regulatory compliance with all federal and state employment laws and with other established policies and procedures, and update our Employee Handbook as needed.
