Generate Inspection Reports (NPMA-33s)-Create detailed, timely, and accurate inspection reports for escrow, mortgage, and real estate transaction purposes, clearly documenting findings, recommendations, and estimates for corrective treatments or repairs-Collaborate with Real Estate Agents & Brokers-Maintain strong working relationships with real estate professionals, providing quick turnaround on inspections and clear communication to facilitate smooth property transactions-Coordinate with Escrow & Title Companies- Provide documentation, updates, and clearance letters to escrow officers and title companies as required during the closing process-Educate Clients on Findings and Treatments-Explain inspection results to real estate agents, buyers, and sellers in a professional and understandable manner, offering guidance on necessary remediation steps and timelines-Ensure Compliance with State Regulations-Operate in full compliance with California laws and SPCB licensing requirements, including proper handling of legal forms, notice of work completed, and consumer disclosures-Provide Repair & Treatment Estimates-Offer accurate, competitive quotes for localized or full-structure treatments and wood repairs, when needed, with detailed scopes of work for escrow approvals-Schedule & Perform Follow-Up Inspections-Conduct re-inspections or clearance checks after recommended work is completed to issue completion notices for real estate closings-Support Business Development with Agents-Foster ongoing relationships with agents and realty offices through consistent service, networking, and maintaining a reputation for reliability and professionalism.
