During her tenure with the group, she assisted in the financial structuring and underwriting of more than 30 million square feet across all commercial real estate product types with an aggregate value in excess of $10 billion.In addition to her experience in capital markets consulting and valuation, Corra was responsible for assisting occupier brokers and provided financial analyses for the negotiations of commercial lease agreements and advised occupiers on occupancy cost strategies for clients including: American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, Delta, DISH Network, Geico, McCormick & Company, and Truist.
