ABOUT CORRADO MOISO
I received my M.Sc degree \"cum laude\" in Computer Science at University of Torino. I joined Telecom Italia Lab (formerly CSELT), where I started studing parallel logic and functional languages. Then I investigated object-oriented distributed platforms and their application to TMN. Afterwards, I studied the introduction of IT in network intelligence: I designed and experimented service platforms based on TINA, investigated Telco/Internet convergence, contributed to Parlay standardization for service exposure, analysed SOA-based SDP platforms, and the application of autonomic technologies in service platforms. From 2008 to 2016, in the context of Telecom Italia Future Centre, I investigated how emerging IT technologies can enable new service scenarios and business opportunities for Telecom operators: in particular, he explored opportunities derived from Big Data, Personal Data and Cloud/Fog computing. Currently, in the context of ICT Engineering & Competence Center, he was involved in the design and the development of innovative cloud based service for Nuvola Italiana, the cloud offering of Telecom Italia. I joined projects founded by European Community and Eurescom. I am author of more than 100 papers in international conferences and journals & hl=it & oi=sra), and I have been awarded 5 patents on methods and services related to service delivery. In 2019 he left Telecom Italia. Currently he is involved in teaching computer science topics. He is holding a couple of courses on System Architectures at Università del Piemonte Orientale and a course on Basic Informatics at Università degli Studi di Torino. Moreover, he is a tutor for online university students. Specialties: Service/Applications Delivery architectures and technologies, cloud computing
