Oversee bank accounts and services, streamlining domestic banking structure by eliminating redundant accounts and standardizing authorized signatories. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive process improvement and optimization, effectively incorporating robotic process automation (RPA) to automate repetitive tasks. Provide support to the Vice President of Treasury by spearheading ad-hoc projects and offering insights on priority projects for operational excellence. Assisted in business divestitures, successfully managing the carve-out and transition of treasury activities to newly formed independent entities. Supervise 1 treasury analyst, conduct employee performance reviews, and provide ongoing training and support.
