Cornel Nolte is the Managing Partner of Global Advisory and US Advisory Network Officer at PwC, bringing over 30 years of management and technology consulting experience to his leadership roles. Throughout his career, Cornel has helped clients transform their businesses using technology, data, and AI. In his current capacity, Cornel is responsible for shaping and executing PwC’s global Advisory strategy, fostering innovation, collaboration, and growth across global markets. He also serves as the US Network Officer for PwC’s US Advisory business, where he is responsible for driving the coordination of strategic priorities between the US and other regions, fostering cross-border alignment and collaboration to better serve global clients. Previously, Cornel served as Chief Operating Officer of PwC’s US Consulting business, where he oversaw all business operations—including finance, human capital, and operations—with a focus on operational excellence and profitable growth. His leadership also extended to roles such as US Organization & Workforce Transformation Leader, where he guided the expansion of PwC’s human capital practice, and US and Global Solutions Leader, where he led PwC’s Global Salesforce and Front Office practices. Beyond his professional responsibilities, Cornel is committed to social impact and serves on the Board of Rise Against Hunger, a global nonprofit dedicated to ending hunger worldwide. Cornel holds an honors degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of South Africa and is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program.
