   SELECT ACHIEVEMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the Bank’s CRA & Fair Lending Program, CRA Committee directives, and Community Banking goals. Lead execution of the Community Economic Development (CED) Division business plan, ensuring alignment with CRA exam periods and regulatory requirements. Communicate corporate vision, goals, and CED initiatives internally and externally to enhance organizational alignment and community engagement.
