    SELECT ACHIEVEMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the Bank’s CRA & Fair Lending Program, CRA Committee directives, and Community Banking goals. Lead execution of the Community Economic Development (CED) Division business plan, ensuring alignment with CRA exam periods and regulatory requirements. Communicate corporate vision, goals, and CED initiatives internally and externally to enhance organizational alignment and community engagement. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including community partners, government agencies, and vendors, to achieve CRA and Community Banking objectives. Conduct comprehensive community needs assessments across the Bank’s geographical footprint to identify development opportunities. Prepare detailed management reports, monitor CRA performance metrics, and develop actionable CRA action plans. Maintain current knowledge of community economic development principles, best practices, and regulatory requirements, including Fair Lending and Safety & Soundness guidelines. Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, marketing, risk, and other departments to enhance solution awareness, client experience, and service excellence. Support the development and management of corporate, regional, and local relationships to advance CED goals. Manage hiring, onboarding, planning, and workload assignments for CED staff to ensure high-performing teams. Oversee the deployment and management of institutional and external resources to achieve community economic development objectives. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), CRA, and Fair Lending requirements. Represent the organization at public, community, and neighborhood development initiatives and functions to strengthen the Bank’s community presence.
