I am heading HQ Capital’s investor reporting function. My responsibilities include the development of new reporting processes and content. I supervise the operations and selection of technology tools to enhance investor reports. My role also includes to make better use of private equity market data and trends to support our business. My team is based in Bad Homburg and in New York. Prior to joining HQ Capital I led Invest Europe’s research department for over eight years. Responsibilities strategic and operational and responsibility for data collection, audit and publication of pan-European trends in private equity and venture capital. Data and research advice to private equity professionals (LPs and GPs), policy makers, regulators, data suppliers and academics to improve the availability and accessibility of robust private equity data. Experience in building and managing international research teams and projects.I successfully completed a PhD at Durham University (UK) which informs entrepreneurs, universities, venture capitalists and policy makers on factors associated with venture capital financing and superior performance of firms commercialising IP from academic research in the UK. Doctorial Fellowship awarded by the Northern Leadership Academy (UK).I am passionate about music and playing guitar as member and founder of many music groups and projects (Jazz, Blues, Rock) since 1995. I have toured and recorded internationally. Durham University Big Band (3 years) and co-founder of Ustinov College Jazz Society.
