While to some this might appear to be a weakness, to me it is strength as I have been fortunate enough to learn a range of skills across a number of job sectors, allowing me to develop a deep knowledge and understanding in my cross trained experiences. In doing so, my natural creativity talents help me to develop into a career now focused on the culinary and hospitality industry. Within my career experience in commercial kitchens, my skills and professional development have greatly improved.
