ABOUT CORNELIA RIEGER
I am a Divisional Strategy Lead at Roche Diagnostics with approx. 10 years of combined industry and consulting experience. I focus on Pharma & Life Sciences (esp. Diagnostics) and Digital Health. My work focuses around global growth strategies (e.g. capability-driven strategy development, innovation, expansion), associated capability building and (agile) organizational / process design. My particular interest lies on #FutureOfHealth, the intersection of health and retail & consumer goods (e.g. consumer health, well-being) and (digital) health ecosystems, especially with regards to partnerships and digitization.
