Sr. Product Owner / IT Program Manager – CashPro Payments (SAFe 6.0)Owns the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for Bank of America’s CashPro Payments application, maximizing business value within a SAFe 6.0 environment. Partners with Product Management, architects, and cross-functional Agile teams to translate strategy into a prioritized backlog that delivers secure, reliable payment capabilities for corporate and treasury clients.Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for CashPro Payments that align with enterprise business and technology strategy, ensuring stakeholders and Agile teams share a common view of priorities and outcomes.Own and manage the team backlog in Jira, creating, refining, and prioritizing user stories and enablers using SAFe 6.0 and INVEST principles so 1–2 sprints of “ready” work are always available.Collaborate with stakeholders across treasury, operations, risk, and technology to understand needs and pain points, converting insights into backlog items that improve usability, automation, and end-to-end payment workflows.Serve as the voice of the customer for the Agile team, reviewing and accepting stories, making on-the-spot scope and requirement decisions, and ensuring increments meet acceptance criteria and Definition of Done.Engage in PI Planning, PO Sync, Iteration Reviews, and Inspect & Adapt events to manage dependencies, adjust priorities, and drive continuous improvement in product quality and flow.Use Agile tools and Jira to provide transparent visibility into roadmap execution, value delivery, and release readiness for CashPro Payments.
