An expert in the field of state and professional accreditation, I have experience in international evaluation and ensuring continuous improvement of educational quality, and is also a member of the Russian experts in the evaluation of federal projects. In 2018, I was the international team leader for the professional accreditation of the program of the Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira (UTP), Colombia. I led the Commission to evaluate 7 academic programs, with the main objective of ensuring the recognition of the UTP diploma in Europe (Label EUR-ACE®) and encouraging Colombian students to participate in international exchanges. The results of the Commission\'s work and the proposed improvements were highly appreciated by the Colombian government, and in the summer of 2022 I was invited to participate in the discussion of areas of cooperation in the field of education: student exchange between programs with the EUR-ACE label and the creation of dual degree programs within the framework of international professional and public accreditation of 4 engineering education programs at the National University of Colombia (Bogotá, Colombia) and 7 education programs at the Technological University of Colombia (Universidad Tecnológica de Colombia).
