Reimagined a retail healthcare concept for a major pharmacy retailer, focused on transforming the consumer experience, reaching a new set of design targets, and addressing key gaps in the US primary care system. Developed a new system and tools to incentivize and reward employees at the R&D arm of a Silicon Valley giant for embodying new principles and ways of working. Collaborated with executives at a $45BN sportswear company to create a set of customer data values to guide the company’s collection, use, and sharing of data in a way that both creates value and earns customer trust.
