My focus is to help grow Leith\'s commercial business by bringing on new clients and championing out of the box, effective creative to continue creating ideas you can\'t ignore. I truly believe that honest, transparent, and friendly partnerships bring out the best for brands and strengthen trust amongst audiences. Beyond the here and now, I\'ve worked client side at L\'Oreal and Mustela, as well as agency side at Publicis and Leith. I\'ve been responsible for managing million follower social media accounts, developed influence programs that drove sales, implemented paid media strategies that decreased acquisition costs, and I\'ve secured millions of pounds / dollars in additional revenue for the agencies I\'ve worked at. The most recent campaigns I\'ve help to launch have won over thirty awards in 2022, including a Clio Grand and multiple LIAs. I\'m a proud MBA graduate from the University of Edinburgh\'s Business School in 2019, and continue to mentor both undergrads and postgrads. I\'m also a member of the Marketing Society\'s Future Leaders Advisory Group. At Leith, I\'ve also set up an Upriser partnership with Leith Academy to help bring the creative industries to young people. American born, but Scotland based, outside of work you\'ll find me writing, gardening, renovating our Victorian flat, canning, cooking, and reading.
