I\'ve spent my career at the line where storytelling meets technology, traditionally the most technical person on the communications team, and the most articulate storyteller on the technical team.I started as a journalist. Moved into digital content strategy, built programs from scratch at scale, and eventually crossed fully into engineering, becoming a product owner, then an engineer, then an engineering manager leading distributed global teams building production AI systems. At every step I kept asking the same question: what do people actually need, and what\'s the clearest way to show them it\'s possible?For the past year, that question has run straight through enterprise AI. I\'ve led the delivery of a large-scale AI initiative at Nike, an enterprise assistant connecting internal tools in a unified experience. From engineering and architecture through executive strategy, employee onboarding, and global rollout, I\'ve navigated every stakeholder that enterprise AI deployment requires: legal, privacy, security, finance, and C-suite, across multiple geographies.Here\'s my through-line: I know how to build the technology, tell its story, and bring an organization along with it. That combination is rare, and it\'s where I do my best work.Outside of work, you’ll find me teaching a 6AM cycling class, walking for the sake of it, or buried in a paperback. I seek out immersive experiences—whether that means traveling to a new city, visiting the exhibit, or putting a new album on repeat.

   Led end-to-end delivery of Nike\'s enterprise AI assistant, connecting all internal tools in a unified chat experience from MVP through phased global rollout. Designated the highest-priority technology initiative by Nike\'s Tech LT.→ Established MCP architecture, enabling domain teams to independently build and integrate AI capabilities, shifting from monolithic integrations to a scalable hub-and-spoke ecosystem.→ Rebuilt Nike\'s intranet and enterprise search from the ground up as an \"only at Nike\" employee experience, shipping sleek UI with modernized codebase, Search, and AI assistant as three coordinated products in a single quarter.→ Launched an LLM-driven enterprise search experience that transformed how 100K employees access and act on company knowledge.→ Authored executive strategy, roadmaps, and architecture narratives that secured C-suite alignment and CTO-level funding.→ Partnered with Communications, Legal, Privacy, Security, Platform, and Identity teams to resolve enterprise-grade governance, authentication, and compliance challenges across all AI surfaces.
