Ever since I was a little girl, I always wanted to be a professional softball player. It never was because I desired to be in the limelight or to be revered as one of the best in that sport.What I truly admired through those 15 years was how they shaped me as an individual. Win or lose there was always a lesson to learn. I believe the same to be true for our everyday lives. We can\'t succeed without determination. We must challenge ourselves to continue even in the eyes of failure. And with a strong team, anything is possible.As a Director for SalesHive, we always aim to perform better than the previous week. I\'ve always had trouble describing myself, but never have had any trouble recognizing a strong team when I see it. We shoot to crush our own goals! And even though I hung up my cleats, the comradery and other principles remain. For us, I am determined.
