ABOUT CORINNE OLIPHANT SMITH
I\'ve been in full-time self-employment the last few years and have been thriving as a Figure Skating Coach and Choreographer as well as an Airbnb and Rental Property Manager and Owner. I\'m currently open to new opportunities in any capacity that match my skill set and goals. I have a love for people and many passions, some being - empathetic communication, encouragement, teaching, uniting others around a cause, building teams, and planning events! My friends have described me as the \"glue that holds us together,\" which I believe speaks to my strengths and passions so well! Something that I believe is a strength of mine is mediation; I\'m unafraid of conflict and working through harder topics that others may shy away from. Overall, I desire to connect people and make them feel seen, heard, and understood - whether that\'s on the ice, in a coffee shop, virtually over zoom, or greeting an Airbnb guest as they arrive. Outside of work, I have taken to, among other things, travelling the world solo and with my partner, friends, and family! Broadening my perspective by experiencing new cultures is something I\'m passionate about. I also love spending time in nature whether it be hiking, backpacking, camping, paddleboarding, or swimming. Beyond that, another hobby I hold dear is music as a pianist, guitarist, and vocalist.
