I’m a sustainability leader with 12+ years of experience helping the world’s largest companies turn climate ambition into measurable action. Today I lead sustainability strategy and operations at a high-growth climate-tech company, where I oversee two cross-functional teams, Climate and Reporting, that deliver a hybrid consulting-and-software model to enterprise customers.My work sits at the intersection of sustainability expertise and product-led services. I guide product decisions, launch new service lines (13 in the past two years alone), and partner across engineering, sales, and customer success to drive decarbonization outcomes, regulatory readiness, and cost efficiency for our clients. I’ve built the operational playbook for scaling advisory services inside a SaaS platform, from staffing models and quality frameworks to data-driven delivery that compounds as the customer base grows.Before moving into climate tech, I spent nearly a decade in sustainability consulting: advising Fortune 500 companies on carbon accounting, ESG roadmaps, risk assessment, and target-setting. I’ve created net-zero strategies, launched new products that won six figures of new business, and worked shoulder-to-shoulder with C-suites at companies like Starbucks, Nestlé, McDonald’s, and Facebook to embed sustainability into core business strategy.What drives me: operational excellence at scale, developing high-performing teams, and helping companies move from reporting to real reductions so that sustainability is wholly integrated into core business strategy.
