   Responsible for creating and overseeing the execution of corporate communication strategies and programs in various formats across 25 locations to effectively reach all divisions from corporate to sales to manufacturing and distribution. Includes managing and hosting company-wide town halls and crafting messages on behalf of the executive team, shareholders, and division leaders. Thought leader and manager of company-wide employee engagement and recognition programs. Includes small- and large-scale events from 10 to 1,200 people. Manage team of business partners, administrative support, communications, and engagement and event staff. Oversee Corporate Social Responsibility and ESG strategies, partnerships, programs and budgeting, including leading the company’s Citizenship Committee of the Board. Led the implementation of the company’s volunteerism program and employee scholarship fund. Responsible for planning and oversight of C-suite and Board budgeting process and related support. Serve as enterprise project and program manager, when necessary. Example: led the establishment of a second corporate office in Frisco, TX - location scouting, lease and construction negotiations, design, buildout, and coached teams on engagement expectations and company culture.
