   I began my career in with Millard Refrigerated Services managing the administrative and customer service departments in our Allentown location. In 2010, I was promoted to Field Office Operations Manager. In 2014, Lineage Logistics acquired Millard Refrigerated Services where I continue my position as a Field Office Operations Manager. In my current role, I support 32 facilities in our east region and maintain strong, long lasting customer relations by proactively identifying customer objectives and exceeding expectations. I serve as the primary point of contact for communication within our organization focusing on our customers standard operating procedures. I support, coach and train the administrative and operations teams around the customers SOP‘s, and assist with problem resolution. I consider myself a Customer Experience Champion and subject matter expert on our WMS.
