About Corinna Stoeffl
I am passionate about re-imagining elderhood and inspiring others to embrace personal growth, purposeful action, and gratitude as they navigate the transitions of life. As a TEDx speaker, facilitator, and author, I invite individuals to explore the profound role of elderhood in shaping a kinder, more interconnected world. To me, elderhood is not simply a stage of life—it is a journey of becoming, where experience meets wisdom, and the old dances with the new. Elders have the opportunity to contribute actively to their communities, mentor younger generations, and serve as role models for another way of being—one rooted in connection, reflection, and a deep awareness of life’s mysteries. Through my work, I collaborate with Senior Living professionals to create enriching experiences for residents, speak to audiences about the transformative power of elderhood, and lead workshops and retreats that guide individuals toward greater self-awareness, fulfillment, and alignment with their deeper purpose. Drawing on my own journey, I explore themes such as the evolution of humanity, the courage to question norms, and the practice of living with intention and non-judgment. Albert Einstein once said, “We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.” Elders, by embracing their unique perspective and life experience, have the capacity to think beyond old paradigms and contribute to creating a world that values connection, growth, and collective well-being.
