About Corinna Bartolotto

I am a results-driven senior at Boise State University, graduating in May of 2025 with a B.S. in Psychology with minors in Business, Leadership & HR, and Family Studies. My recent internship at Amazon allowed me to develop skills in data analysis, policy development, and multilingual employee onboarding, where I contributed to improvements in employee satisfaction and workplace efficiency. In addition to my HR experience, I have a solid foundation in customer service and social media marketing, having coordinated brand partnerships and led outreach initiatives in retail environments. Throughout my time in college, I’ve taken on leadership roles in student organizations, including managing events with significant budgets and mentoring peers. My international study and volunteer experiences have broadened my perspective, enabling me to work effectively with diverse groups and develop a passion for building inclusive environments. I am excited to continue applying my skills in human resources, marketing, sales, and consulting as I explore future career opportunities.
