Provide SAP Basis support and administration across ERP, BW, and SCM systems in Windows/Linux environments with Oracle, HANA, Sybase, and MAXDB databases-Perform system installations of distributed ABAP SAP ERP/NetWeaver systems using SWPM-Execute system copies and refreshes via backup/restore methods, including HANA DB refreshes for ECC and NetWeaver systems-Administer and maintain SCM MAXDB LiveCache, including restores and updates in AIX environments-Install, configure, and update HANA clients and HANA Studio on Windows clients-Monitor and troubleshoot system issues such as ABAP dumps, printing errors, update failures, background jobs, and database logs-Apply regular patches, kernel upgrades, and support package updates in ERP and NetWeaver landscapes-Perform daily system health checks, including backup monitoring and resolution of failures-Conduct system monitoring using SAP transactions (SM51, SM50, SM66, ST22, SM21, SM12, SM13, SMICM, SM37, DB02, DB12, DB13)-Provide analyzing and resolving SAP Basis issues through Service Desk tickets in Solution Manager-Plan, manage, and communicate system maintenance activities with business stakeholders-Manage SAP client administration, Transport Management System (STMS), and kernel/EXT patch updates
