Heart.\" Perhaps biased as the ones who described me this way are some of my best friends, but overall probably accurate. On a serious note, I’m an HR professional who’s passionate about creating a positive workplace culture and helping both employees and leadership succeed. I truly enjoy the people-focused side of my role—whether it’s navigating employee relations, making sure payroll runs smoothly, or supporting managers in their leadership development. Since transitioning into HR in 2021, I’ve grown from recruiting into a supervisory role, where I focus on improving processes and fostering engagement. I believe accountability and empathy go hand in hand, and I’m always looking for ways to make things better for both employees and the company. I’m also exploring leadership training and EOS principles to continue developing my skills and approach. Always open to learning from others and making new connections—let’s chat! I also find balance outside of my corporate life by teaching yoga to others, deepening my own practice, and exploring ways to support people\'s nervous system regulation through breath and movement. I’m also passionate about personal growth and creating spaces—both in and out of work—where people feel supported and empowered.
